La zona di Pocol presenta delle passeggiatine tranquille anche per bambini, tutte nel bosco. <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Area<\/span><\/em>: Pocol (1\/2 giornata) \u2013 Ciou del Conte \u2013 lago d\u2019Ajal <\/strong>[1\/2 giornata – gita bambinabile \u2013 una o due ore circa di cammino].\"\"<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n

Percorso<\/span><\/em>:<\/p>\n

– salendo per la strada per Pocol, si lascia la macchina al primo tornante dopo la galleria;<\/em><\/p>\n

– si attraversa la strada (m. 1.453 s.l.m.) e proprio sul tornante parte il sent. 445 che scende (nel bosco e con una scala grande e sicura) alla diga che attraversa il lago di Ciou del Conte (15 min.);<\/p>\n

– da qui si pu\u00f2 risalire al Lago d\u2019Ajal con il sent. 430 (15 min.; m. 1.412 s.l.m.);<\/p>\n

– il ritorno \u00e8 per lo stesso sentiero oppure<\/em> dal Lago d\u2019Ajal si scende per il sentiero 430 fino ad incrociare il sent. 428 per le Grotte di Volpera, passando nel \u201cbosco degli elfi\u201d e giungendo a \u00a0Mortjsa (45 min.\/1 h \u2013 per maggiori particolari vedi anche la gita \u00a0Volpera: nel bosco magico degli elfi<\/em>)<\/p>\n

Valutazion<\/span>i<\/em>: Ambiente suggestivo \u2013 La diga consente di attraversare comodamente il lago del Conte e per i piccoli fa avventura; l\u2019attenzione da prestare nella discesa verso il lago \u00e8 limitata poich\u00e9 gli scalini sono comodi – al lago d\u2019Ajal si pu\u00f2 pescare (e per i bimbi \u00e8 un\u2019attrazione \u2026) ed \u00e8 sempre un bel luogo dove sostare – Il ritorno eventuale attraverso il \u201cbosco degli elfi\u201d \u00e8 bello e tranquillo, potendo anche curiosare tra le grotte vicine al sentiero per vedere se c\u2019\u00e8 un elfo \u2026 ; in tale ipotesi \u00e8 necessario prima lasciare a Mortjsa un\u2019automobile – Gita da fare con bimbi anche piccoli e possibili pic -nic (due anni) [effettuata 9.8.97; 18.8.03; 9.8.04<\/em>].<\/p>\n

Area: Pocol (1\/2 day) \u2013 Ciou del Conte \u2013 d\u2019Ajal Lake [1\/2 day – suitable for children \u2013 one\/two hours of walking]. <\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Route: – coming up to Pocol, park the car near the first turn beyond the gallery; – on the other side of the street take the path no. 445 that goes down in the forest with a greate stairway to the dyke that pass through the Ciou del Conte Lake (15 min.); – from there you can come up to the d\u2019Ajal Lake taking the path no. 430 (15 min.); – the wayback is with the same path or from the d\u2019Ajal Lake you can take the path no. 428 through the Grotte di Volpera, passing through the \u201celf\u2019s forest\u201d arriving to Mortjsa (45 min.\/1 h \u2013 for more details check also the Volpera\u2019s excursion: in the magic elf\u2019s forest). —\u00a0Assessment: suggestive place \u2013 the dyke allows to cross the Conte\u2019s Lake and it looks like an adventure for children; the stairway to the lake doesn\u2019t require too much attention, the steps are very easy \u2013 to the d\u2019Ajal Lake is possible fishing (an attraction for children..) and is always a nice place to have a pic-nic \u2013 the way back through the elf\u2019s forest is nice and easy, if you are lucky maybe you can find an elf near the path\u2026 ; in this circumstance is better leaving a car to Mortjsa – walk suitable for children and chance to have a pic -nic [carried out on 9.8.97; 18.8.03; 9.8.04].<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Percorso<\/span><\/em>:<\/p>\n

-salendo per la strada per Pocol, si lascia la macchina al primo tornante dopo la galleria;<\/em><\/p>\n

-da qui si sale sulla destra per la val Costeana (la piccola valle famosa per la canzone degli alpini \u201cbombardano Cortina\u201d)<\/em>, costeggiando il rio omonimo (sent. 430; 1 h).<\/p>\n

Valutazioni<\/span><\/em>: Sgambata nel bosco accanto al lago e risalendo il torrente – Per chi ha bisogno di un bel bosco tranquillo, isolato ed intatto [effettuata 13.8.98; 8.8.10<\/em>].<\/p>\n

Area: Pocol \u2013 Ciou del Conte – Val Costeana [1\/2 day – suitable for children \u2013 one\/two hours of walking].]<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Route : – coming up to Pocol, park the car near the first turn beyond the gallery; – on the other side of the street take the path no. 445 that goes down in the forest with a great stairway to the dyke that pass through the Ciou del Conte Lake (15 min.); -from there come up on the right through the Costeana Valley (the small famous valley for the Italian alpine trooper\u2019s song \u201cBombardano Cortina\u201d), running along the namesake creek (path no. 430; 1 h).\u00a0Assessment: walk in the forest nearby the lake and going back up the creek \u2013 for who needs a nice and quiet forest, isolated and untouched [carried out on 13.8.98; 8.8.10].<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Area<\/span><\/em>: Pocol \u00a0\u2013 Volpera: nel bosco magico degli elfi \u2013 <\/strong>[1\/2 giornata \u2013 le prime due proposte sono gite bambinabili \u2013 una o due ore]<\/em><\/p>\n

Percorso<\/span><\/em>:<\/p>\n

-si giunge a Mortjsa in automobile (m. 1244 slm) e qui si parcheggia;<\/p>\n

–il sentiero che entra nel bosco (n. 428) offre varie possibilit\u00e0<\/em>:<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>a)<\/em><\/strong> percorrendo tutto il sent. 428, largo ed in leggera salita, si attraversa il \u201cbosco magico degli elfi\u201d con le grotte di Volpera, cio\u00e8 con massi precipitati in epoca remota dal monte, e che hanno costituito anfratti. Si possono cos\u00ec \u00a0fare delle belle deviazioni su tracce di sentiero nel bosco con un po\u2019 di avventura (30 min. pi\u00f9 le deviazioni nel bosco). Il sentiero 428, dopo aver superato con un Ponte Outo il Rio Costeana,\u00a0 termina incrociando il sentiero 430 (m. 1.319 s.l.m.).<\/p>\n

-il ritorno \u00e8 per lo stesso sentiero;<\/p>\n

a1) <\/strong><\/em>al termine del sentiero 428 si pu\u00f2 salire per il sentiero 430, carrozzabile, che in salita -prima leggera poi pi\u00f9 forte- giunge al Lago d\u2019Ajal (dall’incrocio 15\/30 min. di cammino; m. 1.412 s.l.m.); piacevole lago con rifugio nel 2020 in ristrutturazione. Il ritorno per la stessa strada;<\/p>\n

b)<\/em><\/strong> appena iniziato il sent. 428, sulla destra sale una \"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

bella Via Crucis dedicata a Giovanni Paolo II, ove le varie stazioni sono state realizzate da artisti locali in materiali diversi (legno, ceramica, dipinto etc.) e sono disseminate nel bosco; il sentiero -contraddistinto da segnale celeste- sale per circa 80 m. di dislivello; la durata \u00e8 quella di una via crucis; si scende per la stessa strada ovvero per un prato che riporta al sentiero 428;<\/p>\n

c)<\/em><\/strong> sempre poco dopo l\u2019inizio del sent. 428, ma poco dopo la Via Crucis, una ulteriore deviazione sulla destra \u00e8 il sentiero 429 che porta a Pocol; salendo, dopo circa 15 min., sulla sinistra tracce di sentiero portano alla palestra di roccia e ferrata della Scuola di Cortina; una palestra di roccia (una sorta di \u201cparco avventura\u201d privato delle guide) che \u00e8 ricavata nell\u2019ambiente naturale delle Grotte;<\/p>\n

Valutazioni<\/span><\/em>: Le Passeggiatine nel bosco, a)<\/em><\/strong> e b)<\/em><\/strong> sono tranquille per rasserenarsi, anche con bimbi piccoli; l\u2019ambiente \u00e8 suggestivo e magico e le grotte sono incredibili, quasi vive come il bosco \u2013 molti gli animali che si possono vedere come picchio, scoiattoli, rane, aquile nel cielo, segni di lince. \u00a0\u2013 Per gita a)<\/em><\/strong> il \u201cbosco degli elfi\u201d \u00e8 bello e tranquillo, potendo anche curiosare tra le grotte vicine al sentiero per vedere se un elfo ci fosse \u2026 \u00a0– l\u2019eventuale arrivo al lago d\u2019Ajal, frequentato, \u00e8 sempre\u00a0 piacevole anche perch\u00e9 si pu\u00f2 pescare \u2026 [effettuata il 6.8.97 e 8.8.09]<\/em>; – <\/em>La gita b)<\/strong><\/em> consente di passeggiare e pregare, con una Via Crucis, molto particolare e suggestiva [effettuata il 19.8.08; 6.8.13]<\/em>; – La gita c)<\/em><\/strong> non \u00e8 da fare con bimbi e per accedere alla parte attrezzata si necessita di autorizzazione (e per lo pi\u00f9 \u00e8 effettuata con istruttori); presenta passaggi di varia difficolt\u00e0 e per essa serve attrezzatura da ferrata ed attenzione \u2013 [effettuata\u00a0il 3.8.04]<\/em>. [gita a1, b, c<\/strong>, effettuata il 20.8.20; quattro ore<\/em>)<\/p>\n

Area: Pocol \u00a0\u2013 Volpera: in the magic elf\u2019s forest \u2013 [1\/2 day \u2013 the first two proposed are suitable for children \u00a0\u2013 one\/two hours of walking]<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Route : -park the car to Mortjsa; -the path (no. 428) presents various possibilities: a) walking through the path no. 428, large and without any grade, you pass through the \u201cmagic elf\u2019s forest\u201d with the Grotte di Volpera, that is with boulders fallen many years ago from the mountain which has built caves: so is possible to do nice deviations on trails in the forest with some adventure (30 min. furthermore deviation in the forest); – the way back is through the same path or is possible to go on with an easy rise to the Ajal\u2019s Lake\u00a0 (with path no. 430; 15\/30 min.) and coming back on the same trail;\u00a0 a1) at the end of the path 428 you can go up the path 430, open to vehicles, which uphill – first lightly then stronger – reaches Lake Ajal (15\/30 min. walk from the intersection; 1,412 m asl); pleasant lake with refuge in 2020 under renovation. The return by the same road;- b) on the beginning of the path no. 428, on the right, start a nice Via Crucis, where the various stations are scattered in the forest (the time that takes a Via Crucis); – c) on the beginning of the path no. 428, and after the Via Crucis, another deviation on the right take to a rock gym and ferrata that belongs to the Cortina\u2019s School; a rock gym (something like a private \u201cadventure park\u201d) \u00a0which is digged out in the natural aspect of Caves; \u00a0—\u00a0Assessment: the first two proposed, a) and b)are easy and relaxing also with young children; the place is magic and suggestive, le caves are unbelievable \u2013 you can see many animals like woodpeckers, squirrels, frogs, eagles in the sky, lynx\u2019s scratches. – The excursions \u00a0a) il \u201celf\u2019s forest\u201d is nice and relaxing, and maybe you can find an elf under the rocks near the trail\u2026- the possible deviation to d\u2019Ajal Lake, well frequented, is always enjoyable also because there\u2019s the chance to go fishing\u2026 [carried out on 6.8.97 e 8.8.09]; –\u00a0b) allow you to pray and walk, with a Via Crucis, very suggestive and peculiar [carried out on 19.8.08; 6.8.13]; –\u00a0c) is not appropriated to children and to go to the equipped side you need a permit (and is frequented by instructors); presents various difficulty passages and you need ferrata\u2019s equipment and attention \u2013 [carried out on 3.8.04].<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n
